A Tornado, a Snake, and Family Drama: A Dream Analysis
We were at James and Sandra's house, not their current one. i have never seen this house before. There was a field acroos from it with some trees. I see an tornado starting. I tried closin the door on the side of the house but it tried to get stuck open from the suction of the tornado. I somehow manage to get it closed. James (my brither in law) had gone to get Jon (his brother) and Sandra (my sister in law) was in a hallway closet by the stairs. I couldnt find the kids anywhere. Then i look and Jon is coming up the stairs with a clear tote. James tells him "Man, you are ungrateful" andJon says " I told you I would be fine." Next thing I know, I hear Jo (my husband) and the kids outside. I see and pillow going across the yard. I am in panic mode thinking my husband and kids are sucked up in this tornado. When I walk out, there was a tree with a hollow cut out platform at the bottom. Kyra (my neice) was trying to get Rhett (her son) and Peyton (my daughter) down but they were both laughing ang jumping. I look closely and there was a snake. it looked like a King cobra. The snake looked like it was fire engine red and shiny from the top of the head to about halfway down its body. The rest of the body was a mid to darker yellow and shiny. The kids kept jumping over this snake while Kyra was trying to get them. The kids looked like they were about 6 inches tall compared to the snake. I was terrified it was going to kill them. Peyton was behind the snake on the platform and all of a sudden Rhett took off running acroos the platform. When he did, the snake went after him. I grabbed Peyton and then I woke up. I dont know if the snake struck Rhett or just chased him.

However, the unfamiliarity of the house and the tornado approaching suggest that there may be unexpected challenges or changes in your relationships with these family members. The tornado itself may represent a sense of turmoil or upheaval in your life. Your attempts to close the door against the tornado’s suction may symbolize your efforts to protect yourself and your loved ones from these challenges. The appearance of Jon, who is described as ungrateful, and the tension between him and James may reflect underlying conflicts or resentments within your family. The arrival of your husband and children may represent a sense of security and stability amidst the chaos. The snake, with its bright colors and threatening presence, may symbolize hidden fears or anxieties. The fact that the children are able to play and laugh despite the snake’s presence may suggest that you are able to find joy and resilience in the face of adversity. Overall, this dream may be a reflection of your subconscious concerns about your relationships and the challenges you may face in the future.
