Confronting Fear and Building Confidence in a Familiar Setting

Confronting Fear and Building Confidence in a Familiar Setting
A person came to the back door of my childhood home asking for water. I let him in. I then went into another room and soon the person appeared. At first he was friendly but then he lunged at me and as I was trying to fight him off he hit my fist. I remember the bite not hurting much and that I wasn’t scared and had confidence I could fight this person off. Then I woke up.
