Navigating Through Grief: A Dream of Losing a Mother

Navigating Through Grief: A Dream of Losing a Mother
My mother has died. Last night I dreamed that I went to the cemetery to see my mother's grave, and I saw a bunch of acquaintances from afar. First I was looking for water to wash the tombstone and also looking for my mother's grave. I couldn't find it and I was yelling, "Where is your mother?" I realized that this is not my mother's cemetery at all. I went out of the cemetery to go to my mother's grave, on the way I bought Sangak and Barbari bread from a Kelli shop and talked with Kelli people and suddenly I fell asleep.

The dream of losing a mother can be a reflection of the dreamer’s deep-seated fear and anxiety about losing a loved one. The encounter with acquaintances from afar may symbolize the dreamer’s need for support and comfort during this difficult time. The purchase of bread from a Kelli shop and the conversation with Kelli people may represent the dreamer’s attempt to find solace and nourishment in their grief. Falling asleep on the way to their mother’s grave could signify the dreamer’s struggle to come to terms with their loss and the need for rest and healing. Overall, this dream may be a manifestation of the dreamer’s journey through the stages of grief and their longing to find closure and peace in their mother’s passing.
