The Deadly Dinner: A Dream Analysis

The Deadly Dinner: A Dream Analysis
I saw I was in a group setting before a dinner. Everyone had a plus one. We were all in pairs and we were going to a State dinner. I was wearing a beautiful white dress. Before we could go to the dinner, there was an announcement that only one person per pair could proceed and instantly, the people in pairs started killing their partner and I turned to look at the man I was with (who I don’t know), and he grabbed a knife and slit the side of my throat before I could stop it but I did not die and was still alive. My parents then turned up, feeling I was hurt and took me on a stretcher to the State dinner, which, it turns out, they were hosting and they sat me next to the Prime Minister, who was sitting on my side of the bleeding wound and he was helping mend it throughout the dinner.
