The Symbolism of Doors and Relationships in a Dream

The Symbolism of Doors and Relationships in a Dream
I dreamt that I slept next to a doctor in a house that wasn't mine. It felt like a peaceful, restful sleep I got the feeling that the man was my boss in real life but it wasn't. When we woke in the morning I remained in bed while I heard him getting ready for work. As he was leaving, he turned into my husband's ex-boss, Conan O'Brien, who told me to remember to make it to class. In the dream I knew that I had a class in the afternoon so I got up and frantically got ready for school. I left the house and got to school in time to see an old friend from my actual life that told me he spoke to my mom and to not forget that my mother was meeting me at the house. I left school immediately and went back to the house that turned out to be a warehouse. I made my way through the warehouse to the front door, open it and see my mother standing there with my grandmother standing behind her. I let my mother in and the door closed in my grandmother's face. My mother then says "Aren't you going to let your grandmother in?" So I run back to the door and open it to invite her in and she says to me "You just slammed the door in my face! Why would I want to come in now?" She then comes in anyway. I had prepared breakfast for us and my grandmother says, "You slammed the door in my face, why would I eat anything you made for me?". She then took some food and climbed atop the kitchen cabinets and sat like a gargoyle and ate the food. Then the dream ended.
