a husband and wife have been walking through a town at night with their son, they take an off path and it turns into a cave that eventually comes out right next to the sea, the waves mere inches away. Walking along by the clear but not gentle waves, I feel the tone shift somehow, the wife is carrying a glass of alcohol and something else, perhaps a bag? She falls off the side into the water, my perspective shifts to under the water where she is sinking and moving far quicker than she should be, she drifts into an underwater hole into a cave in a matter of seconds and looks terrified with no breath. I look to try and meet her eyes and make a single shushing gesture at my lips with my right hand. Then, I start to wake, seeing kaleidoscopes with my eyes closed, as I focus on them the shapes begin to become clearer, like fragments of photos showing me a room somewhere, I drop focus and try to open my eyes to get rid of whatever I'm seeing This dream may symbolize the fear and anxiety associated with letting go of something or someone in your life.
