We were chosen for a competition where we'd get the superpower of clumping up rocks even very straight ones, like our hands and feet were sticking to it. We had to climb all the way up and go back down without getting scared. If you get scared you lose the power and fall down, and desintegrate.
When it was my turn and others to be in the competition, I saw that we were being partnered up. I saw a guy with a cap, with Asian features, and he gave off military vibes to me. For some reason I really liked him. Unfortunately, my friend Mika was partnered up with him. But that was alright, even though I was disappointed, I wished her good luck genuinely. I got partnered up with another guy who was panicky and a bit annoying lol.
Once we all got up there along with others, we entered the top unit of an apartment building, which was completely empty of its residents. Where were they?
We started filling our bags with anything we could find, as judges could give us more points if they found the items valuable. I noticed most competitors were getting candies from the apartment - this was a rare item in the dream's world. It was clear that the residents of the apartment were rich.
I started looking at notebooks at a table, and saw drawings and random notes. Somehow I felt this would be valuable, like the remainings of residents who used to live who knows how long ago. Well, I assumed they could have been summoned to a previous competition and died. But the notebooks belonged to a girl. I saw her notes, her drawings, and her name. Something like Marie-Aimée. I can't remember clearly what I read in her book. I called the guy I liked, and showed it to him.
At some point also, before that moment or maybe later on in that apartment, I interacted with him. I don't remember what it was about now, but he passed behind me and put his hand on my shoulder, which made me feel things.
I knew I wasn't liking him like you love a person, it was feelings of liking someone and appreciating them. My feelings grew more during the competition. I thought to myself not to jump ahead, since I know myself. It would take more than that for me to actually fall in love with his person.
The dream ended there because Azela woke me up.
